How & When to Book
1947 Kitchen Events LLC. specializes in providing exceptional service when it comes to each individual event. Please note that curating each event takes time to create. The best time to book is a month in advanced. This gives us enough time to discuss and hone in any changes and details to your event, as well as gather staff for your event! Any booking less than 2 weeks before the event will result in no availability and/or late fee to accommodate your event in a short timeline. Event dates are on a first come first serve basis, booking as early as possible will better guarantee your desired date. Each private dinner and catering event includes a delivery fee, food cost, and our private chef services. Add on's include things like rentals, florals, private bartending, and more collaborations to elevate your celebration.
Booking Policies
By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following:

Only a non-refundable booking fee secures your date. Full payment is due [7 days] before your event

Provide accurate guest count, dietary restrictions, and allergies in advance- any last minute changes will result in added fees

Services include on-site cooking, tableside service, and table setup. Optional add-ons available on request
