Chef Osiris Trejo, founder of 1947 Kitchen, is a dedicated culinary professional with a lifelong passion for food. Beginning her culinary journey at 15 and earning her Culinary Arts degree by 23, she has spent nine years honing her craft and earning awards in baking and Food Into Art competitions. Inspired by her grandmother’s legacy and love for hospitality, Chef Osiris created 1947 Kitchen to share that same warmth through food. Today, she elevates private dining through interactive culinary experiences and personalized menus, bringing a unique and memorable touch to every event.
